Ariana facilitated harmonization and coordination among key stakeholders, including country governments, multilateral agencies, private foundations, bilateral donors and civil society representatives with FP2020. She facilitated a strategic reorganization process with the Coalition for Adolescent Girls, bringing more than 40 leading international advocacy and implementing organizations to the table to drive progress for adolescent girls across the development and humanitarian spectrum. While at SIECUS, Ariana advocated in support of the sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people and researched the impact of U.S. global policies on HIV prevention. Ariana earned a BA, International Studies from Macalester College and MA in International Law and Human Rights from the United Nations-mandated University for Peace.
