Sarah Friedmann

Research Associate

Sarah conducts research for PAI in the areas of rights and empowerment, conflict and humanitarian settings, and civil society strengthening. She also helps identify emerging areas for research and advocacy. Prior to PAI, Sarah worked as an independent researcher and for a variety of organizations, including the United Nations Development Program in Pristina, Kosovo, Georgetown University, the United States Senate, the City-Parish Government of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and MICEFA, a consortium of universities in Paris, France. Sarah holds master of science in foreign service and master of public policy degrees from Georgetown University, and an undergraduate degree in international studies, French, and communication studies from Baldwin Wallace University.
